Consider installing a 4 pre sloped polymer concrete trench drain in truck ramps with limited runoff water.
Loading docks apply a grate with a h20 or h25 load bearing class d or e.
Looking closer during my visit i noticed the drain is a standard 12 wide foundry grate.
A trench drain is the most logical solution to keep this dock from becoming full of water and simplifies the concrete construction.
If there is a lot of expected forklift traffic use a class e load bearing.
